I’m delighted to announce The next Soothe Group Programme which starts on Wednesday 24th January 2024.

The Soothe Group Programme is a six-week programme of live sessions that are designed to help you to reduce your stress and anxiety levels.

The program is based on the understanding that the nervous system is your master system, you will learn how to self-regulate your emotions with ease.

The program teaches you how to identify your triggers, develop a soothing integrated practice, and enjoy better emotional health.
