Who are you?

I’m a healer, author, speaker, holistic therapist and mother. I’ve been called The Heart Whisperer, guiding people toward more love, purpose, and connection for over 20 years. A lifelong meditator, I developed The True Essence Process™ and Heart-Embodied Healing technique, helping thousands to clear blocks, heal, and fully embody their True Essence.

What’s Your Mission?

My mission is to help people clear their blocks, find their joy, live their truth and come home to themselves. We spend so much time in our minds, overthinking, doubting, and holding onto past pain. But the heart holds our deepest wisdom and the key to real transformation.

Through The True Essence Process™ and Heart-Embodied Healing, I guide people to shift from fear to love, from limitation to possibility. When we release what no longer serves us, we don’t just heal, we awaken to our true power, joy and purpose.

How do you help people step into their True Essence?

I help people step into their True Essence by unlocking the power of the heart—our greatest source of wisdom and transformation. The heart has its own intelligence, with over 40,000 neurons (the heart brain), and its electromagnetic field extends three feet beyond the body.

When we shift from overthinking to heart-centered awareness, everything changes. A simple practice, breathing into the heart and focusing on gratitude, activates this energy, turning the heart into a powerful magnet for healing, connection, and manifestation. True transformation happens not in the mind, but through the deep intelligence of the heart.

As I say in my book, "Our True Essence is the divine spark within us, untouched by the chaos of life, gently guiding us back to love."

How do you look after yourself?

I believe daily rituals are the foundation of well-being and a way to stay connected to my True Essence. Movement, nourishing food, and meditation keep me grounded, while hydration and self-care help me feel balanced.

When I’m mentally overloaded, I take long walks in nature on the weekends to de-stress and rewire my brain. And since hitting menopause, I’ve swapped coffee for matcha latte, a game-changer for lowering cortisol, reducing stress and anxiety, and bringing a calm, focused energy into my day.

If you were in charge, what are the first three things that you would do?

  1. I would introduce a basic meditation into early learning

  2. I would teach about compassion and Heart Brain science in schools

  3. And I’d plant thousands of trees!

What are you currently working on?
