It’s time for my bed. I’ve been teaching for most of today and replying to the gazillions of emails from people since my feature in Style magazine and a piece in The Evening Standard…it’s all going a bit bonkers.

I’m trying to ride the wave graciously but it’s all happening so fast, from submitting my final draft of my book one week to interviewing for some amazing opportunities over the last two weeks. I am spending my time teaching, admin and screaming into a cushion because the possibilities are thrilling!

This is so worth every single invitation and fun thing I had to say no to, to spending every morning and bank holidays writing and having a few “is this of any use?” wobbles along the way.

As you can see from my wonkiness in this week’s lesson, this really was me at the end of the day, tired but happy and preparing myself for sleep. Hope you enjoy it.
